Please Note: Refurbished Systems will show some minor signs of use. These will be purely cosmetic and will not hinder the use of the laptop, PC or computer in anyway. Our refurbished laptops will come with appropriate chargers, boxed in a generic brown box and will be fully ready for the new owner to use as if they were unboxing a new laptop or PC.
WHAT DOES "REFURBISHED or RECONDITIONED" MEAN?
Refurbished and reconditioned means the laptop or PC has been fully restored back to its "as new" working/functioning condition, quite often with new and upgraded components such as increased ram, new faster storage drives (SSD's), and a fresh install of its Windows operating system, drivers and software. Once this process is complete, the computers are fully tested to ensure their full functionality and that they are running at their optimum level in order for resale.
A Refurbished or Recondition Computer does not automatically mean the item was defective. In fact, in the majority of cases, because most of our laptops and PCs comes from professional working environments, the Laptops or PCs are in full working order. The Laptop or PC may have minor cosmetic blemishes (from general wear & tear), but will be free from any damage that inhibits the functionality of the machine.

WHAT DOES A "BUSINESS GRADE" LAPTOP OR PC MEAN?
Business Grade Laptops & PCs are usually sold direct to companies in bulk. They are usually designed so that their components are easily accessible, repairable, serviceable and upgradeable by IT departments. As computers, the are generally considered to be more robust, designed to be operated over longer periods of time, and in general have better longevity than their consumer class alternatives.

REFURBISHED LAPTOP AND PC WARRANTIES
All of our Computers and Laptops for sale come with a standard 6 month Return to Base (repair or replace) warranty on the hardware supplied. This covers you for the malfunction of any of the primary hardware components within your machine. If a component fails, we will fix it, or (if it can't be fixed) replace the machine with a machine of similar specifications. Extended 1 Year warranties are available from just £15*.
COLLECTION OR DELIVERY
All of our PCs and Laptops for Sale, are available for viewing and collection from the Southside of Glasgow (G43 area), or can be delivered and set up for you (within the Glasgow area). UK Nationwide Delivery is also available for any of the Laptops and Computers we have in stock.
We use UPS as our primary nationwide couriers, and offer a fully Tracked and Insured, 48 hour delivery Service. From £14.99.
